Default [Update] Unlocker 1.7.4

Unlocker
http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

Unlocker is an explorer extension that allows you with a simple right-click
of the mouse on a file or folder to get rid of error message such as error
deleting file or folder, cannot delete folder: it is used by another person
or program. Unlocker can unlock files, folders, dll, and can also delete
index.dat without restarting your computer

Unlocker 1.7.4 - 29/10/2005
- Fixed bug: fixed the explorer extension missing bug
which appeared for many people on 1.7.3
- Fixed bug: Removed the creation of C:\Unlocker-log-handles.txt

How is this better that control-alt-delete in winxp?

Their ethics are a short summary of police ordinances: for them the
most important thing is to be a useful member of the state, and to air
their opinions in the club of an evening; they have never felt the
homesickness for something unknown and far away, nor the depths which
consists in being nothing at all. ___________Soren Kierkegaard

The purpose of unlocker is different. It frees-up a file that is used
by some program when you are trying to delete it (quite often this
happens even thought the file in question is not needed). Unlocker
does not end jammed programs or processes.

FWIW I think Unlocker is one of the most useful file management utilities
available.
