Hi i have a user with a 7.1 AVG.

And it has few issues. One everytime i open the AVG, the tab is lit as a red tab. Then when i open another tab, the email scan tab turns to blue instead of red. When it is red, it reads the email scanner isn't fully functional. When it is blue, it reads email scanne is fully functional...

Or it reboots itself with and he gets the blue screen of death. In other words, he gets a Win32k.sys error message. And it says:
