MSOutlook 2000 Calender

Ive got this setup: MSOutlook 2000 Client and MS Exchange 5.5 mail server.

We have an HUGE network with several Calenders for Conference Rooms.
When i want to plan an meeting with the Resource ("Too" = CNTNL Conference Room) and i wanna check if there is time available in about a year from now it says that there are 21 days full planned. But i cant see what days cos the calender goes to december the 15th and from that day on it keeps occuring an White Bar with diagonal black lines in it, which meen No Information.

What to do if wanna see the availability further in the future than it is doing now, beacause there are days that are planned, its just i cant see what, where and how??
