The problem is you are using the WRONG application to block pop-ups.
This is an antipsyware application, NOT a pop-up blocker. If you are using XP SP2, then this is likely the cause of the pop-ups that are being blocked, not MSAS since it has absolutely NO pop-up blocking settings ANYWHERE in the program! Take a look for yourself, I guarantee you that you WILL NOT find ANY settings relating to blocking OR allowing pop-ups! Pop-ups have nothing to do with spyware, they are HTML code in a web site's source code that invokes a pop-up (i.e., slave) window to open. Some sites that are known to contain and use spyware/malware might use pop-ups, but the pop-up window has NOTHING to do with any spyware that might be infecting your system. The problem is that you are totaly ineffective at actually taking the time to find out what pop-ups are, and what they are not. In the future, take the time to look for the definitions of technical terms before slamming an absolutley fine application. If more people actually did this, there would be much less spyware out there since these users would know what they are dealing with and how to properly protect themselves.
