Look at what the FTC is doing
The FTC is taking a company to court over what it calls spyware,
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/9598897/. If you notice, they are saying that a cookie is spyware. Just goes to show you even the government DOES NOT have clue what spyware is! Alan |
