VERY lite database needed

I am looking for a very small self-contained database that can be run from a
USB drive. My only criteria is that it have a forms view rather than just
columns like a spreadsheet.

I know that you are going to hate this but....
Have you considered a DOS database.
PCFile was one of my favourites from before windoze became popular and
PCFile 5 is now free.

Have a look at

It runs to just over 1 Mb and is no-install - just make a shortcut and
adjust to full-screen. It has a form view and a table view.
Just the thing if you can wean yourself off a mouse and use the keyboard.

Actually I don't hate it. I was originally goes to use MS Works 1.0 (DOS)
which I own, the problem there is that it is for other people to use so it
would probably have to be Windows although I will look at PCFile.

Maybe have a look at Cardfile.exe as distributed with Win 3.11?

CSVed for editing your csv files, delete, add and insert items. Delete
and add columns and rearrange the column order, column search, Column
sort and more...

I've downloaded it & am trying it now. So far I haven't found a "Forms

I was revisiting PCF5 and see that it has an out of date manual.
Since the ver. 5 manual is included in the shareware files, anyone
interested, can get it at the link below. (zipped text file about 170kb).
It is much more comprehensive than ver3 and runs to nearly 400 pages.

there is a tiny database program called "Little Lists"
