looking for AutoCAD clone

It needs to be able to export to a file I can import into AutoCAD 2000.

IMVHO:

PROGECAD LT 2006 could be the best ACAD clone.
Native for DWG
easy learning curve for acad draftmen
saves and open ACAD 2004-5 release dwgs.
and....free!
LT it is quite similar to acad 2002 full (lisp are supported!)
