New Window Page Properties

I am using FrontPage 200 and am setting up a hyperlink to a new page.
Under hyperlink properties I am selecting New Window for the target frame.

How do I set the page properties of the New Window. ?
I want the new window to be Maximized, that is full screen

it doesn't actually work that way.
new window or _blank is just that; a new window popped at whatever the
user's last browser was open at.
what you want is a pop-up. there are many out there but there should be one
at www.jimcoaddins.com/ there's also a great article at www.sitepoint.com
titled "perfect pop-up" if you want to roll your own.
