Default How do I make a send button work?

I created a form in Front Page 2002 and it has a send button on it to send
orders to my e-mail address and it is not functioning. Why? Is there an
easier free web building site or software that is compatible with SBC that is
compatible with a form made in Front Page 2002? I also need software that is
very quick and easy to update and make changes to. I need this to work and
get the site up and going Yesterday, if you know what I mean. Thanks in
advance!

You need to publish the site to a server that has the FP extensions installed and configured to
process email via FP's http mode or you need to contact your web host to see how to send email from
a form on your site.
