For some reason my `homepage` has gone missing from the `navigation` page
where the family tree is shown, everything below is still visible. The `homepage` on the web is fine. I can access the `homepage` through `folders` and I can make changes but when I synchronise and publish, those changes are not made. How do I get my `homepage` back into the family tree so that when i do publish the changes are made as before. Thanks |

go into navigation view and drag the home page from your folder list to the
top of the stack. if there's no home page there, what are the sibling pages connected to? -- Chris Leeds, Microsoft MVP-FrontPage ContentSeed: great tool for web masters, a fantastic convenience for site owners. http://contentseed.com/ -- "lordfarcroft" <info(deletethis)@fightingfantasycollector.co.uk> wrote in message news:083105B7-DB94-41D1-BB5E-052B295EB545@microsoft.com... > For some reason my `homepage` has gone missing from the `navigation` page > where the family tree is shown, everything below is still visible. Thanks Chris, dragging and dropping was hopeless, it just wanted to connect
itseff to a sibling as you call it, when I did it just showed up below, if I put it above it goes without a trace. The live homepage still has all the hyperlinks available and I have even re-published the site since this problem, so the site remians okay but in my navigation view the page is missing and can still only be accessed in folders. Impossible
In your nav view you must have some page/filename as a top level page under which all your sibling pages are (or they would not be siblings) Scroll a bit in nav view to find it And the file name may not be what you think your "home page" file name is -- _____________________________________________ SBR @ ENJOY (-: [ Microsoft MVP - FrontPage ] "Warning - Using the F1 Key will not break anything!"
