Default ICF and ICS

I am trying to turn on my internet connection firewall
and it won't let me. I get an error message that
says "An error occurred while internet connection sharing
was being enabled. The dependecy service or group failed
to start." I had the ICF turned on recently, but I
installed new cpu, motherboard, and RAM. Would this have
anything to do with it?

Did you go to services and forceably start those services?
Also check the startup type and make sure it's set to
automatic.

At least it's a place to start. =)
