I can be a wee bit competitive when it comes to running DC programs.

Ok.. some tips for the team.

AMD beats Intel in cpu ratings.
Linux boosts your cpu rating.
Make sure your screensaver is turned off and your power settings are set to "never" shut down anything.

Case in point-
I just built a new 64 bit tower a few days ago, and installed a trial copy of Windows XP64.
Running FaD on it gives me a cpu rating of 162. Not great for a AMD3000, but it is my first Sempron, so I wasn't sure what to expect.
Today I installed SuSe 9.3 (regular 32 bit), and it gives me cpu rating of 206.
That's quite a jump, and I did nothing but change the OS.
