windows xp pro install loop

hi all can anyone help me I am trying to install windows xp pro on my home
build pc I am running a ga-8n sli pro with a 3.6 pent 4 with ht I get to the
screen where it says if u agree press f8 and then it goes back to the
beginning I have installed windows on at least 10 custom machines never had
this problem.I have reformatted so many times and with a 300 gig drive it
takes forever.

Try enabling USB keyboard in the system BIOS or clean the CD.
