Power Config

Hi,
One of my images generated using XPe Sp1 use UPS's for power failures. My
application take care of the battery condition at power fail events because
of some requirememts of the applicarion; my problem is that windows also have
a power manager that handle this. So I would like to disable the windows
power manager so my application takes full control. This normaly can be done
by Control Panel->Power Options-> Alarm tab then disable Low battery Alarm &
Ctritical battery alarm.

My question is if there any regristry to modify these settings? According
what I have seen this setting is for every user. Is it possible set this for
my 2 users?. I have a Admin to for Instalation and I would like to set up
eveything within this user.

Where this can be set in the target designer?
