ICF blocks the NetBIOS ports on your Internet connection, which will
disable Messenger spam and also prevent others on the Internet from browsing your accidental shares and printing on your printer. Enabling ICF or using a third-party firewall is the best way to handle Messenger spam. -- Kent W.
