Default Mouse Movements

Hi ,
My Problem is that the mouse movements are not as quick and fast in the
ThinClient as in XP PRO.The components related to MOUSE which are added in
the TD are Mouse Class Driver and please tell me whether any other
components are to be added or any registry settings to alter,to make the
mouse movements swift and fast.
Thanks,
Mary.

Hi Mary,

add the "Keyboard & Mouse Control Panel" and tune the mouse speed as you
need or simply add the "main.cpl" file in system32 if you don't want to
rebuild the XPe image.

I think this is not a mouse related problem (is the mouse cursor moving
right?).
Maybe you have other limitations like insufficient CPU speed or graphic
capabilities. Do you add DirectX to the XPe image?

can I ask u a stupid question .. are you gettin' this problem only at
www.shockwave.com !

If not then,

1. HKEY_USERS\<current user's number>\Control
Panel\Mouse\MouseSensitivity check up if this has got the max speed .

2. check whether the memory is getting chewed up for some reason

3. Check some other graphics page to make sure there isn't any problem
raisin' from that end.

i had the same issue with a thinclient image before , and I guess I
recall the problem mapped to the cpu utilisation..
