Local resouces on show for admin

Hello

We have a Windows 2003 terminal server we are using for basic remote access.
We have high security settings and hide the local (terminal server) drives
but permit local resource redirection to allow users to see thier local PC
drives.

We cannot get this to work unless the user is a member of the administrators
group. Have made sure GPO settings allow redirection (even tried without GP)
and tried also setting all permissions on RDP connection. But still users do
not get the "other" drives section unless administrators.

Help !
