Managing PS/2 keyboard

Hi,

I am looking for software means to handle some PS/2 keyboard issues under
Windows XPe. The following questions are still open, so any answer or
suggestion would be very helpfull:

1 - Is it possible to disable/enable a ps/2 keyboard ?
2 - Is it possible to change the keyboard NUM and CAPS LOCKS LED state ?
3 - Is it possible to re-initialize the keyboard ?

Note : The deployed run-time image does not allow any access to the control
panel.
