Default How to switch all my timed appointments to all-day events?

When I opened my Outlook calendar recently, I found that all my all-day
events had suddenly been converted to timed events that span two days, with
the little clock icon indicating that the events spanned more than 24 hours.
This has messed up all my recurring events and appointments, and I need to
change this setting to get my calendar back to normal. Any suggestions are
welcome!!

Check your daylight savings time settings in Outlook and Windows to ensure
they match.

Yeah, the settings on Windows and Outlook are set to the same time zone and
daylight savings options.
