Language

I have this server that is in China running Windows 2003. This server is
setup with the chinese language and everything is in chinese (iconc,
menus,etc.).

So when I was dealt with the task of taking over the server because the
admin there left, I was left connecting in with RDP only to find out that
everyithng is onc Chinese. Is there a way to leave eveything the way it is,
but set up a RDP client connection that will be in English?
