Different ...
I wonder if the "quality" will stand the test. ![]()

I haven't had the chance to play with a battery-free wireless mouse, but I am still using the A4 Keyboard and Mouse set that I reviewed a while ago and it is still working fine (considering the daily abuse it gets, I'm impressed!). Good review, 1nteger Are you still using it?

Thanks bex, and yes I'm still using it. My main PC has crashed (mobo gone haywire) and I'm about to put all my kit into storage whle I get my house overhauled, so I'm using a notebook, and the mouse works really well with it.

Hi mucks! I think there's so little technical gubbins to this mouse and pad that I wouldn't be surprised if it lasted for years....probably outlive USB technology at least! ![]()

... I just remember the early days. Cheap and err, well you know.
Be nice if they were building 'quality' nowadays ...

If I read u right I agree, our sights have been lowered to some extent. I have to admit though, that I expected a price tag of more tha £15 for this mouse...so I was pleasantly surprised. It's interesting that it is being touted as 'the world's first battery-free mouse'....a misnoma but clever as well. The more I learn about IT technology, the more I realise how easy it is to sell an simple idea as magic to the unsuspecting public....do you agree?
