Default Edit an on-line file

I have created an excel file that I would like to be edited by a group of
people (30) on-line. How can I make it happen so that when they open the
excel file and make the changes, it saves on the web site?

You can't unless they all have publish (authoring) permissions to the site server and can open the Site (not just the file) in say
FP
- what you are trying to do is probably best done by a Database solution

Thank You Stefan. I guess I am in the learning stages now for creating an
online database. If anyone wants to create one for me, let me know
