Browse to the live/remote site in IE, then File Menu | Edit in FP, this will create the web folder.

I have tried that as well. No luck, I have 3 different websites I have
tried all do the same.
Another point when I go to IE | Edit in FP, the borders on the page do not
load.

Ok, what happen when you open FP, then File Menu | Open Site and enter http://www.yourdomainname.com
and then your login info, then click Ok, then click Open?

It gives me a message that the folder isn't available. I tried it with two
different sites and got the same message.

Do these sites have FrontPage extensions? If they do check the
settings in your firewall - it may be blocking FrontPage access on
port 80. (In early versions of Zone Alarm, FP needs to be set with
server functionality).

Yes, fp extensions are installed. I have tried with the firewall off and
still no response.
I have had one of the sites connect since last night, but I am still getting
the same message on the other two.
