Default real-time services turning off

Ive installed the latest version of the program and have
noticed that the real-time protection services are set to
de-activated. I can change them to activated, but when i
reboot and come back up, it shows as being deactivated
again.
Ive set it to Load at startup, but it still is deactivated.
Would appreciate any help you could provide. Thanks.

Please try this:

1. Close MSAS
2. Open a command prompt window, and type the command:

regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll

3. Restart Windows.
