DotNetBeta 2, How to get all the attributes of an HtmlElement?

System.Windows.Forms.HtmlElement.GetAttribute can be used to get value of an
atribute by its name, How can I get the name of all attributes for an
HTMLElement? or the collection of
its attributes without using mshtml.
