Odd issue with Toolbar buttons

When I dynamically add buttons to a toolbar control based on a text
file, the buttons all have the same size. I do have AutoSize set to
True, but for buttons that have like 4 letters in them, they have extra
padding to the right. Also, if I remove the big button, then they size
down smaller, but then all the buttons take on the size of the largest.

Does anyone have any ideas?
