I used terminal services client to connect to a remote server as well as a
remote domain controller. I initiated a restart, but the restart never completed, and now I can't use terminal service client or remote desktop to get to the server. These boxes are both running Windows 2003 SP1, and on the server I had just installed the June and July hotfixes. On the domain controller I hadn't installed anything -- just restarted it to see if it would pick up the automatic updates from WSUS. Please help. I need to get the hotfixes installed, but all the boxes are remote and I'm afraid to try any others until the problem is fixed. Thanks! |

Without knowing exactly what happened on the remote server, and what it's
doing now, you are just fumbling in the dark. "LoriP" wrote: > I used terminal services client to connect to a remote server as well as a > remote domain controller.
