Default Frontpage:stop a right navigational margin from autostreching?

I have a web page that has top, left and right borders for navigating. I
cannot find a way to keep the borders from stretching (or resizing) according
to the size of the browser. Ideally, I need the page to be a fixed width.
Help!

Open each of your border pages and make them a fixed width table
To see the _hidden _borders folder use Tools Site Setting Advanced - show hidden folders
