HP 2210 xi Mult-function printer

Have a multifunction printer 2210 hp that se for a couple of months. I
installed software on a new computer. Now when printer powers up I get
a message that says the photo card is in backwards. No photo card
installed this keeps me from using printer. Has any one else
encountered this problem
