Default Inaccessible partition

Hi,

I just reinstall my XP Pro, after the installation my
second partition(D which holding all my backup files,
it become inaccessible.
In Disk Management it shown D: is NTFS file system, and
data/files are still there. But when I look in properties
of D: it show File system is RAW, both used and free
space are 0 bytes!!
So anyone know how to recover the data from it??
I'm badly need my files back, as it hold all my photo and
email!!
Thanks in advence!!
