Constant WARNING! Microsoft Antispyware Alert!

I am constantly being bombarded several times an hour with
the red alert window popping up Warn me that spyware or
adware is trying to install, mainly the following ones
repeatedly. How can I permanently keep them from
constantly interfering with my work online? I thought the
Microsoft Antispyware (Beta 1--with all updates) should be
helping with this. Can you tell me what to do? It's
driving me nuts!!

I'm hoping you are blocking those red boxes.

Boot into Safe Mode (F8 at startup) and do a full scan from there.
