Application error messages

Every time I close a program I get an application error
message.

For example: MMJB .exe Application error

The instruction at "0x0147f138" referenced memory
at "0xff6e2850" The memory could not be "written"
Click on OK to terminate the program.

or: MMJB .exe Application error

The instruction at "0x0098f345" referenced memory
at "0x0042539c" The memory could not be "read"
Click on OK to terminate the program.

or: Dr.Tag Plus .exe Application error

The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory
at "0x00000000" The memory could not be "read"
Click OK to terminate the program

Some of the programs work until exit I them, some do
not...choosing to become unresponsive.

I assume I have lost a crucial .dll somewhere.

How do I resolve this problem?
