I've been researching since Christmas.
Finally came to the conclusion right now best boards are the Asus SK8V (NOT the "N") or MSI's K8T800 2-Master. These two boards I found to be within a few dollars of each other in price. The main difference between the MSI and the Asus as far as features go is you are trading out sound for another processor. If you go with MSI, I recommend you pay the tiny bit more to get the dual processor board just in case you ever want to add a second processor whenever the 64's get lower in price -- Scotter |

I am green with envy. He's got a pair of Opty 240s in there now with plans to upgrade when faster Opties get down to a price he can afford. |
