Why don't you just download and install the latest Nforce2 drivers from
nVidia?

http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp

Platform/nForce drivers, unified driver, windows XP

or just go to-

http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_udp_winxp_3.13

No.

nVidia make the chipset of the motherboard (called the nForce2 chipset), the
unified driver set runs the chipset, since the onboard video card is
disabled in BIOS it is not a concern.

Your AGP Video cards drivers do not need changing (if they are installed
now), but will need to be installed if they are not.
