where can i build custom games PC online UK

Hi

Where is the best place to build a custom pc online in the UK capable of
playing latest games? I was looking at Dell but have to find out if the
graphics cards they had on offer are much cop.
Budget max £1100

Dont really want monitor as have one, but everything else is needed.
