Default here is my story


i sent a router bact to d-link for warrantee repair for a client - after the
client stuffed up a firmware upgrade (on instruction from a d-link tech).

i rang them about 6 times over the period of 4 weeks and the responces i got
were

the person handling that one is sick
its being sent back to you today
it will be sent tomorrow
what does it look like
i cant find it - ill send you a new one

they ended up sending out a replacement because they lost it

how is that for service NOT
