Default How to add USB ports inside a PC case

I'd like to add some USB 2.0 ports to those already inside a PC. Every
device I've looked at provides more ports to the 'outside' world.

Appreciate it if someone could give me a URL for a device that is inside
the PC and provides ports inside the PC. I've considered sticking an
external laptop expander or thumb hub inside the case (which ends up
giving me the wrong types of connectors) but can go that route if I must.

Thanks

It seems everywhere I look I see USB 2.0 PCI cards with four "outside"
connectors and one "inside" connector. Even Wal-Mart has them.
