Error in WIN 2K Server

I got this error today when I exited Disk Manager:

The instrucion at "0x00c72fcd" referanced memory at "0x01c73480". The
momory could not be "written".

Click OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
]

I also get something like this when I open and look at my ASUS Probe just
before shutting down, then when I try to shut down it gives me an error
like this only says "read" where this says "written". This says mmc.exe in
the blue title bar, and the other error with ASUS Probe says asus probe in
the blue bar.

Coud this be a case of bad memory? What do you think?
