Outlook organizational forms

Default Outlook organizational forms


We pbublished forms on our exchange server (2003/sp1 - windows 2003 server).
Clientsite we using windows xp Sp2 / Outlook 2003 (sp1) not in cahe mode.

We can only donwload the forms by users in the local adminstrators group.
Normal user can't donwload the forms.

Please help.

Have you checked the client permissions on the org forms folder? Use Exchange System Manger for this.

Hallo Sue,
that's not our problem. i think - i forgot to mention - that it is the
novell-client. On PCs with this, it works!

Do Outlook custom forms published to other locations work? Have you checked permissions on the user's forms cache folder -- %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\FORMS?

Hallo Sue,
all done! we don't need to talk about basics.
It works fine without the novell-client!
But:
we used a pc with novell-cleint.
Id didn't work.
we uninstall the novell-client.
it works.
we reinstall!
it works again!
so we are not able to reprodúce the problem.

we now have a few more tests.
