Wanted - Website to download viruses

Is there a website where people can go and download viruses to test
them and see what they do? I have a spare computer with nothing on it
but the basic windows installation. I want to play with some viruses.
When the computer gets too screwed up, I will just format the drive
and start over.

I know a website but would i get in any trouble if i put the link out on
here ????
