I use the free edition of AVG and it came up with Trojan Horse Downloader
Dyfica.AD and it was located in my PQSC folder and the specific file is 02583B.DAT. The software advised it couldn't remove it. When I manually tried, I can't subfolder it, I can't delete it. Any advice would certainly be welcome. |

It looks like you have an infected checkpoint file saved by Second Chance. Try using SC to purge checkpoints. |
