Default Which Is This -= Win32.Dia.a =- And How Do I Get Rid Of It?

Every time I run my scanner, it finds the file, "test.ocx" in my
C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files directory, and calls it as a
trojan called Win32.Dia.a

But when I go to deleted that file, (test.ocx), its never there.

Sure thing though, soon as I do another scan, it finds the same exact
file in the same exact place.

And once again, when I go to find the file and delete it, its not
there.

Anyone know of this particular virus, and how to remove it?

I assume that you are using Windows Explorer to look for the file. Do you
have it set to view all files, including hidden?

Win 98: View > Folder options > View (tab) > Files and Folders (double
click to expand) > Hidden files (double click to expand) > check 'Show all
files'.

WinXP: Tools > Folder options > View (tab) > Files and Folders (double
click to expand) > Hidden files and folders (double click to expand) >
check 'Show hidden files and folders'.

Yes, unfortunately I do have it set to show all files including
hidden, and yes, I am using Windows Explorer.
