Default Panda Question

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me out here. I just installed panda
titanium and it seem to work ok with just one problem. About halfway
through a scan I get the popup message that outlook is not my default mail
client and the scanning stops until I acknowelege the pop up screen. That
is a pain in the butt, why do they do this and how do I stop it. I tried to
write to tech support but do not hear back from them.

I switched over from NAV to panda and am wondering if I made a mistake in
doing so.

I would appreciate all the input from you I can get as to the best antivirus
software for a home computer............not networked.

Thanks
Dave

Is there a place that you can activate MAPI, that's what Outlook uses.
If you turn that off, it won't look for it.

Not if you are just using a trial version. :-)

I have a home, non-networked system. I never recommend shareware.
You spend your $ wherever you want to but try the freeware first,
Avast, AVG, Antivir, F-Prot for DOS. Goggle will find them.

It wouldn't like my computer. I wont even allow OE on my harddrive.
I delete it everytime I have to reinstall windows or IE. Maybe Panda
knows that OE is a virus catcher, which is why I wont even have the
files on my system.

There is a difference between OE (Outlook Express) and Outlook. Both are
virus friendly, but not the same program.
