Kazaa ver 2.6 Plants In Win32:Trojan To User Computer

i had use avast! home edition, AVG 6.0 and AntiVir seperately to scan
through my computer before and after the installation of kazaa.

during the installation, i use avast! to do online monitoring, i found
out that Kazaa try to plant the Win32:Trojan to user computer.

{Other}" has been found in "C:\WINDOWS\system32\cd_clint.dll" file.

may i know is it legal for Kazaa to do so?

Nothing new here about Kazaa, it spreads lots of garbage.
