PC-Cillin 2002 error message

When attempting an update, I get the message:

ActiveUpdate Internal Error: 28

Does anyone know what this is? Google can't seem to help.

I think that may be the one that means your 365 days are up, and you
need to renew your subscription. Actually it seems to go 'bang' at 364
days, for no obvious reason. Check and see when you first
registered/installed it.
