Norton AV 2003 for Win 2000 - memory scan not found

When I went to set up my Norton AV 2003 manually, I couldn't find an option
for memory scan as indicated on their website. I see the options for boot
record and master boot record checked, but no option for memory scan.

Did I have a bad install?

I suggest to reinstall NAV
