msn passport virus

there is a virus going around that stops us from being able to use our msn
, either our messenger, or through the hotmail account.
i cant find a way to fix this.
i cant contact help or do anything at all on the msn site.
i have reinstalled it and it still wont work.
i cant find any info on this,
please help.

This may or may not help you. All I did was went to Google and entered *MSN
Virus*.
