Hi,
does anyone know how to stop web pages install themselves into ones favourites Recently porn-type favourites have been installing themselves into favourites, while simply going from one academics maths web page to the next. Is this some kind of virus - it's annoying especially as I use PC only for serious work Charles |

and now loads of casino rubbish - it also goes into http address bar -

You also need to turn off the known unsafe features in Internet Explorer .. a quick Google will reveal several options for hardening your system.
