Many computers can't remove a Trojan Horse, let alone all the hidden files on your computer. Once a Backdoor is present your as good as GOLD OWNED BY THE HACKERS. I don't know where you got this from but Downloader.Dyfica.T is indeed
a trojan and optimise.exe is adware. Taff.................. On that special day, Tracker, (Tracker <"snailmail(valid)

Let us reword that in a more resonable way: Once a backdoor or downloader is there, you cannot be sure any more about the contents of the files that exist on your computer. A downloader will fetch and install more programs, and a backdoor that is detected from the outside, will allow for remote controlling and installing more stuff, of doing whichever the attacker wants. This may turn your computer into an anonymous mass mailer, a storage for child pornography or the server for exchanging loads of copyrighted material. Maybe you host an internet shop or a site that tries to spy on credit card numbers. Anything may happen. Once a backdoor or trojan is there, there is no safety any more. You have to format the hard disk and re-install, from scratch. And don't forget the patches! Gabriele Neukam Gabriele.Spamfighter.Neukam@t-online.de -- Ah, Information. A good, too valuable these days, to give it away, just so, at no cost. |
