Inculate 6.0 with the virus Win32/Pinfi.A

I use Inoculate 6.0 with the latest virus signature updates.
The Inoculate has to find the virus Win32/Pinfi.A on the files
divided.
The cure failed and the file .EXE renamed with .AVB.
I Have 2 problems:

-Now how renamed the file AVB to have the file EXE.
While using Windows that does not go. I have an error message: this
is not application 32 bits valide. Which is the solution?
-How cured the virus Win32/pinfi with inoculate?
